Lawmakers in the US House of Representatives have reintroduced the Growing Renewable Energy and Efficiency Now (GREEN) Act, first introduced in June 2020, which would extend federal tax credits for renewable energy and carbon capture projects and provide a long anticipated investment tax credit for standalone energy storage projects.
