Verde Clean Fuels and a Diamondback Energy subsidiary have signed a joint development agreement for a facility to produce commodity-grade gasoline using natural gas feedstock supplied from Diamondback’s operations in the Permian Basin.

Trinity Gas Storage has closed $189 million in equity funding from private equity firm Transition Equity Partners and debt financing led by Investec as the joint lead arranger for its natural gas storage facility in Anderson County, Texas. The other investors include Pan Capital Management, Arbdn, SailingStone Capital Partners, and Rice Investment Group.

Enbridge has agreed to acquire three Dominion Energy assets for $14 billion in a merger creating North America’s largest natural gas utility platform by volume.

Infrastructure Investments Fund (IIF) has acquired the country's largest privately owned gas storage company, Enstor Gas, from ArcLight Capital Partners.
